Iresha Soysa

Iresha is the Managing Director of BDO Corporate Services (Pvt) Ltd. She handles an extensive and diverse portfolio of over 650 companies, reflecting her strong leadership and deep expertise in corporate governance and advisory services. She holds a Bachelor’s in Law (Honours Degree) from the University of Colombo and is an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. Further strengthening her specialization, she has also completed a Post-Attorney Diploma in Corporate Law.

Her early career was shaped by a series of valuable internships at the Attorney General’s Department, Richard Peiris Distributors (Pvt) Ltd, and under the guidance of Mr. M. C. M. Muneer (Attorney-at-Law). She also completed her apprenticeship at the Law Chambers of Mr. H. E. P. Cooray (Attorney-at-Law), where she gained practical exposure to legal practice and corporate advisory work.

She served as the Company Secretarial Manager at CG Associates, where she played a pivotal role in managing corporate compliance and company secretarial functions. Her strong legal acumen and managerial capabilities led to her appointment as a Director of BDO Secretaries (Pvt) Ltd. Building on her contributions and leadership within the organization, she was further appointed as a Director of BDO Corporate Services (Pvt) Ltd in 2019. 

With over two decades of experience in corporate law and company secretarial practice, Iresha is a trusted professional in the corporate legal landscape. Her career reflects a blend of technical expertise, strategic insight, and a commitment to excellence in delivering high-quality corporate services.
