Focus on Sports

We at BDO recruit well rounded individuals. We believe that sports play an active role in inculcating the right attributes in people.The BDO Sports Club has won many awards in the recent past. We have won the Overall Sports Championship Award in the Inter Auditors Sports Tournament in 2005,2006 and 2007 organised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. Last year we were the runners up.

Swimming Event: Inter Auditors Tournament 2009

Mr. Udayanga, Mr. Anuradha Bandara, Mr. Ranga Rathnayaka, Mr. Priyantha and Mr. Ameen participated in the swimming competition of the Inter auditors’ sports events held at the Thurstan College swimming pool on 26th September 2009. BDO Partners achieved 5th place in the Men’s Relay and Mr. Ranga Rathnayaka achieved the 5th place in the free style men’s event.
